AirRobot® AR 150 – Product Introduction

With the AR 150 AirRobot® GmbH & Co. KG introduces a micro drone in the 1 KG payload class.
 
The AR 150 utilizes a new, patent application pending propulsion system. This system is based on a 3-armed design with each arm being outfitted with two counter-rotating rotors. In addition, the new concept results in redundancy of the propulsion system for increased passive safety.
 
The Expo "Unmanned Vehicles Land - Luft - See", presented by the "Studiengesellschaft der Deutschen Gesellschaften für Wehrtechnik", in Bonn Bad Godesberg, was a perfect setting to present the prototype of the AR 150 to a specialist audience.
 
The first AR 150 prototype was shown at the booth of the FGAN and it will serve as a platform for further developments at this institute.
