A laser scanner detects the obstacle and avoids a collision by finding another way. The whole processing is taking place autonomously in the AirRobot. A receiving earth station is no longer necessary.

This video shows the AirRobot during a test flight. The AirRobot is completly carried energy by laser technology. Because of this new technology, the aircraft don't have a time limit in the air. It is possible to reach distances up to 1 km.
